Day 1: Just Keep Swimming

Day 1: Just Keep Swimming

Swimming is probably one of the hardest events to dress for. You've got to consider many factors, will I get these clothes back on my sticky damp body after? Will I look like an absolute nutter overdressing? Will my swimsuit strap-line look utterly dodgy under my clothes....

So here I am. Just suggesting my little way of overcoming these minute obstacles.

Go ahead, and have a mooch over the pictures now, you have my blessing.

Well, I conquered these slightly irrational fears and worries by wearing a swimming costume that appeared to be a top (avoiding the awkward strap line thing), as well as allowing me to easily unchange and jump into the pool, as soon as humanly possible.

Swimsuit- Marks & Spencer
Shirt-Primark Mens
Shorts- Primark
Shoes- Office

Casual pair of converse-just because they are handy for everyday, also so you don't look too overdressed.

I don't really know why I have a picture of a hot dog-I guess it's just because I was appreciating the wholesome goodness of the food aha.

My shirt is from Primarks Men's Section, yeah I'm into wearing dudes clothes. As well as the fact that I fell in love with the paisley print.

Wearing shorts helps you to avoid awkwardly pulling up your jeans, as they cling to the bottom of your calves and get damp, whilst bare naked old ladies stare at you in amusement.

(On a serious note though, pop into the Men's section of Primark, it's my little goldmine of interesting garments)
